These include: state-of-the-art audio and visual capabilities, a separate break-out room, service kitchenette, tableware/barware/linens and an abundant supply of decorative articles. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, we also have ample free evening and weekend parking.

For your reference, our Supreme Shower and Events Package with rates is itemized below:


Friday-Sunday $440 plus applicable taxes (4 hour event + 45 minutes of complimentary set up time to add personal touches)
Monday-Thursday evening 5pm start $370 plus applicable taxes. Holiday weekends not included. (4 hour event + 45 minutes of complimentary set up time to add personal touches)

Food Service
  • Assuming you are providing your own food, we would just need to know what is being served in order to ensure that it is properly executed. We also have a full catered option available. Contact us for details.
  • Coffee and tea and non alcoholic punch station set up (nominal fee for product - or option to provide your own).
  • Cupcakes or cake are optional and you can also supply your own.
  • One service attendant (for service assistance, bussing, set up and clean up.
  • Full set up / clean up (includes absolutely everything you need - linens, chairs, tables, cutlery, plates, glassware - Sounds silly to mention, but many other places charge for all these inclusions)

  • Bar Service (optional)
  • If you wish to serve alcohol to your guests, you also get the added bonus of providing your own product which offers significant cost savings, and flexibility. A Special Occasions Permit (S.O.P.) from the LCBO (cost $25) is required, but we’ll look after all the leg-work. You only need to sign-off as permit holder for your event.
  • We also provide a Smart Serve Designated bar tender which is a requirement under the S.O.P. policies.

  • Room Decor
  • Professionally decorated with a seasonal flavor. Includes full table decorations (tea lights, conventional centerpieces)
  • Floral decor available - very affordable and we should discuss!

  • Room Amenities
    • Use of surround sound stereo system - this is included with any package but we highlight this inclusion because our system negates the need for a dj. It was professional installed, custom to our venue. It is fully adaptable with any type of external music device. Our clients love this feature because it saves them $$ and they get to provide the music that they want.
    • Use of 42 inch plasma screen for slide show. All we need is an external device that contains pics and we can display a nice slide show for your guests. No set-up on your part - we only need the pics and my techy partner does the rest! I strongly recommend utilizing the slide show because it is free with all our bookings and it is always received so well with guests.
